Welcome to GTA6 Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GTA6 Hub application and website (the "Service") operated by GTA6 Hub ("we," "our," or "us").

GTA6 Hub is a fan-made companion application for Grand Theft Auto VI. We provide news aggregation, game information, interactive maps, favorites, and progress tracking features.

All game screenshots and images used on this platform are property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and are used here for informational and commentary purposes under fair use.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials), you grant GTA6 Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your original content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Advertising

GTA6 Hub may display advertisements through third-party services (Google AdSense). You agree to the presence of advertisements as part of the Service. Ad content is determined by third-party ad networks and not by GTA6 Hub. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

GTA6 HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GTA6 HUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
